Our Policies



This policy applies to all sites where we are performing work. It covers all engineering, design, construction, operations, and maintenance activities and services. All operations will be conducted in an environmentally sustainable and responsible manner that will protect the environment. Our environmental work practices will be enhanced through a process of continual improvement.


The primary goal of this policy and all associated procedures is to prevent incidents occurring, which may adversely impact the environment and people.


The objectives of this policy are to,

  • Comply with all applicable legal, regulatory and other requirements for environmental management and protection;
  • Identify, assess and manage all activities that may create environmental impacts and risks;
  • Ensure that all our employees and contractors are aware of their duty of care for the environment;
  • Display and promote this policy amongst staff, contractors, and interested members of the public;
  • We will report on our environmental performance to all our employees and customers.


Our business culture is committed to the health and safety of all our employees, contractors, customers, and the public. We are determined to be the industry leader in occupational health and safety, to satisfy legislative requirements and to achieve our vision of “Safety”.

We will achieve this by:

  • Complying with all applicable laws, regulations and statutory obligations;
  • Ensuring all employees, customers and sub-contractors endorse our Safety vision;
  • Establishing and continually developing education systems and training;
  • Ensuring consistent safety practices across all our work sites;
  • Eliminating or controlling risks and hazards;
  • Taking action when employees do not comply with our safety procedures;
  • Regular and targeted communications to employees, sub-contractors, and customers.

All employees are required to:

  • Adhere to the company safe work practices, objectives and instructions;
  • Immediately report any unsafe work practices/ equipment to their supervisors and managers;
  • Perform all work duties in a manner that promotes health and safety for everyone;
  • Ensure all incidents and near misses are reported, investigated and communicated to prevent recurrences;
  • Don’t misuse, damage, refuse to use or interfere with anything provided for the purposes of occupational health and safety;


We accept risk as an inherent part of our business, but we do so only on the basis that we can effectively identify, manage, and mitigate/eliminate it. Informed and astute risk management is fundamental to the commercially prudent conduct of our business.

Our Risk Management processes and procedures are based on AS 4360 “Risk Management”.


  • Identify potential risks;
  • Manage the potential adverse consequences of the risk elements by implementing our procedures when undertaking the work;
  • Control commercial effects on our business by not accepting or by transferring residual adverse financial consequences.

To effectively implement these processes and procedures we:

  • Take on the appropriate management structures that are adequately resourced;
  • Appropriately capture information, monitor, and report;
  • Continually appraise and develop our management structure, procedures, skill levels, and technology.


We are committed to implementing and maintaining a management system that will improve efficiency and productivity, and ensure that all services provided meet with the requirements of our customers.

The Objectives of this policy are to:

  • Provide adequate resources to establish, audit, and maintain the management system;
  • Communicate this policy to all employees through inductions and training;
  • Ensure that the management system is implemented on all sites.
